This hotel is in a wonderful location near the airport, and it’s family-run, making it perfect for what we needed.

Everything was simply modern. The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were amiable. The room was functional and outstanding with balcony. Thoroughly enjoyed food selection, meals were good and they have lots of options.

The rooms were basic, but very clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast was good. We ate in the hotel in the evening and the food was excellent - everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their dinner and the stay as a whole.

My only small grumble was that the water tended to run a bit hot & cold when showering.

The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was varied and included in the price, which was a great bonus. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to multiple activities nearby, including skiing and a spa.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room had a step in the middle, and I tripped with it several times. The bed was 1.80 m long, so tall people could have problems to sleep.

The hotel staff are very friendly.

For the room price, I expected a newer room. However, it was a bit old. The hotel charged us for extra blanket and pellow. Normally, I get these for free on other hotels.

One downside worth mentioning is that the Wi-Fi network can be a bit slow at times, making streaming and downloading difficult.

Very nice hotel, very good restaurant and breakfast

A bit far from the Feldberg ski area, breakfast starts rather late (8h) what is inconvenient if you want to leave early to get a good parking spot for your car close to the ski slopes.
